Jobs and careers at SP Industry
Become part of a strong community – with focus on professionalism, well-being, and development
At SP Industry, our employees are our greatest asset. Even though we have a state-of-the-art and highly automated machinery park, it is our skilled colleagues who keep production efficient and ensure top quality every single day. That is why we make a great effort to create a workplace where people want to be.
A safe and healthy work environment
We prioritize safety, health, and job satisfaction highly. All employees are covered by a company-paid health insurance that provides access to, for example, physiotherapy, psychology, massage, and treatment at private hospitals. In addition, we have a defibrillator in production and trained first aiders on site.
Our production takes place in bright and clean facilities with a good physical and psychological working environment. At SP Industry, there is also free coffee, and every Monday we gather for rolls and community – a good start to the week.
We are a smoke-free company and have the Green Smiley recognition from the Danish Working Environment Authority as proof of our high standards in workplace safety.

Well-being and community
We believe that happy employees deliver the best craftsmanship and stay longer in their jobs. That’s why well-being is not something we just talk about – it’s something we actively create. We welcome everyone, regardless of background, and we also offer flexible jobs or support schemes for employees who need special conditions.
We continuously invest in further training and upskilling of our team, so that both the company and employees grow in line with technology and the market.

Training the professionals of tomorrow
Apprentices play an important role at SP Industry. Through a strong apprenticeship program, we give young people the opportunity to develop their professional skills in a safe and supportive environment. As an apprentice, you become part of the team from day one and receive both responsibility and support.
We believe that training and education are an investment in the future – both for our industry and for the individual.
Ready for new challenges?
We are continuously looking for new colleagues and apprentices. If you are committed, reliable, and want to be part of a strong community with focus on professionalism and development, we would love to hear from you.
