Deburring and high-quality surface finishing
Deburring is an important part of our production at SP Industry. We provide thorough deburring of both surfaces and edges, ensuring that components are smooth, neat, and free from machining marks caused by processes such as laser cutting or punching.
Stainless steel components are processed on our Costa grinder with 4 independent units, each adjusted to the specific task. We can also turn a standard 2B surface into a brushed finish and apply protective foil afterwards.

Edges are deburred in our Fladder machine, which is among the best on the market for this purpose. Holes larger than 3 mm are always chamfered, and micro joints are removed as standard. For smaller parts, we use vibratory deburrers and drying systems – and we also carry out manual deburring, grinding, brushing, and polishing when required.
We also offer deburring for components we have not produced ourselves and are happy to provide guidance on both surface finish and possible post-treatment.
